Join us live on Zoom for a 45-minute morning yoga practice to strengthen and open the body, focus and center the mind, and energize and calm the spirit.
Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15 am. Zoom room opens at 8:00.

Bonus! I offer a free 30min morning meditation each Thursday at 9:30 AM. Can’t attend live? The recorded meditation will be made available to you.
