Join us live on Zoom for a morning yoga practice to strengthen and open the body, focus and center the mind, and energize and calm the spirit.
About:
Each class is a 45 min practice which includes movement, breath practice and final relaxation/meditation.
Bonus! I offer a free 30min morning meditation each Thursday at 9:30 AM. Can’t attend live? The recorded meditation will be made available to you.
Can’t make the live class? You will have access to the link to each class recording for four weeks.

How many times a week would you like to start your day with an energizing and centering morning yoga practice?
You can choose from 3 class packages.
Join us for 2 classes per week, 3 classes per week, or all 4 classes. Each day is a unique class.
Two Classes Per Week : $120
Three Classes Per Week: $160
Four Classes Per Week: $190
