Trying to fit a yoga class into your busy schedule?

Treat yourself to a break in your day with a lunchtime yoga class at noon on Tuesdays. The day gets away from you? You can catch us again at 5:30 for an evening class to wind down your workday. From the comfort of your own home, join an intimate circle of students who are either new to yoga or returning to yoga. This class is open to all levels.

The 75 minutes class includes 60 minutes of yoga postures and concludes with breath work (optional, if 60 minutes is all the time you have.) You will have access to the class recording (in case you miss a class or just want to do it again!)

Hatha Yoga

4-week Series Includes:
Live class instruction as well as the class recordings + weekly bonus meditation.

Description: 
We will move through a series of yoga poses, seated, standing, and lying on the mat, for stability, balance, focus, strength, flexibility and joint mobility.  We will work on strengthening, lengthening and releasing the muscles we need to come into these poses with stability, ease and confidence.

What you need: 
A yoga/sticky mat to prevent you from slipping in standing poses.  Blankets or firm cushions to sit on to lift the hips up off the ground.  Blanket to provide padding for the knees is helpful.  Nearby wall clear of furniture and wall hangings, if possible.
