Chair Yoga: 4 Weekly Sessions

This 4-week series includes a live yoga class on Zoom, 1 bonus meditation class (Thurs, 9:30 AM EST), and class recordings.

In this class, we focus on essential yoga poses, seated on the chair and standing, for stability, balance, focus, strength, flexibility and joint mobility. We also work on strengthening, lengthening and releasing the muscles you need to come into these poses with stability, ease and confidence.

What you need:
A chair with a back, and preferably no arms. A nearby wall clear of furniture or wall hangings, if possible. A yoga/sticky mat is helpful to prevent you from slipping in standing poses.

Classes are suitable for beginners:
